Raman is a successful tech entrepreneur and private equity investor. He is the founder & former Vice Chairman/CEO of NASDAQ listed M*Modal Inc, a leading voice recognition, healthcare document technology company that he took from a start-up to until it was sold to One Equity Partners for over a billion dollars in 2012.
Since then, he has actively invested in a number of ventures across India, Middle East and USA. He is also a limited partner in three large international private equity funds. He recently joined the board of THub- one of India's most successful tech incubators and accelerators. Raman was Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year 2007 award winner for Maryland, USA, and was also honoured with Maryland International Leadership Award by World Trade Centre Institute, Baltimore in the same year. Raman is currently the chairman and managing director of ATG and CASHe, his latest venture is a fin-tech platform lending to millennials in India using AI, big data analytics and Blockchain technology. He was appointed as Chairman of Global Entrepreneur Network India at GES 2017.
P.A. Sudhir is the Group Chief Executive Officer ATG. Where he has full responsibility for executing the strategic direction and ongoing operations for the company. With over 25 years of experience across multiple industries, Sudhir has set up and operationalized unique business improvement and enhancement solutions for clients especially for the private equity-held portfolio companies.
Sudhir is responsible for strategizing tax efficient financial architecture, leading a senior management team and ensuring optimal and cost-efficient services to the clients. In his previous role, Sudhir was the global controller of CBay Systems and prior to that, he was a senior partner at one of India’s oldest accounting firms where he specialized in audit, M&A, advisory services, corporate structuring, cross border transaction structuring, investigate diligence for large clients in technology, BPO, banking and financial services. He was also responsible in setting up new practice areas for the company
Unni is the Group Chief Technology Officer at ATG. Unni is a technology leader with 27 years of industry experience building Enterprise, Cloud & Mobility products across diverse verticals. He is passionate about building world class software products for real world solutions using cutting edge technology innovations. His current passions are Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots and Drones.
Prior to joining ATG, Unni was Chief Technology Officer at CBaySystems (later M*Modal Inc.) - a leading voice recognition and healthcare documentation technology company. At CBay, he was responsible for global technology vision, product engineering roadmap, technical support and infrastructure management.
Prior to CBay, he worked with Avaya Inc., where he was instrumental in setting up their India Offshore Development Centre for their CRM, IVR, Predictive Dialers and Unified Messaging products. He also worked in the storage management industry at Legato Systems (later EMC) in multiple global locations and across various product engineering roles.
Ajay is the Chief Revenue Officer & Chief Operating Officer at ATG’s US Operations. Ajay is responsible for client management, business development, front-end communication, transition and business operations for the group in United States and works closely with private equities and their portfolio companies in defining global delivery solutions & strategies.
Ajay is a successful executive with more than 20 years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, & client relationship. He has a diverse background with deep knowledge of all aspects of the life cycle of organizations including start-up, funding, early stage planning, implementation, go to market, new product launch, M&A, private equity driven deals and integrations.
Ajay’s past experience includes founding a startup, WhiteSpace Health, with the focus on healthcare data analytics and business intelligence. From 2012 – 2015, he was the VP of strategic Operations for M*Modal, a healthcare technology company, and was instrumental in new product launch for revenue cycle management, P&L for clinical documentation business with $250 million revenue, and managing cost initiative for delivery organization. From 2007 to 2012, Ajay managed worldwide operations for CBay systems and was part of the team that acquired MedQuist & Spheris in PE funded deals.
Sridhar Sarathy has over 25 years of industry experience in various software development, management and leadership roles across multiple companies.
Most recently, he was the Vice President for India Operations for Pulse Secure where he was responsible for the transition of PulseSecure from Juniper Networks and in standing up the India operations of the company.
Before the PulseSecure role, Sridhar was the MD and Vice President of the India Excellence Center (IEC) at Juniper India where he was responsible for growing the IEC from 100+ employees to 2400+ employees and 1000+ contractors.
Prior to Juniper Networks, Sridhar was the MD for Corio India (an Enterprise Application Service Provider) where he helped build the India Development Center that was later acquired by IBM. Prior to Corio, He worked with the Software Consulting Division of PwC Consulting where he both led and was part of design and development teams.
Yogi Sadana joined ATG as its Group Chief Financial Officer in August 2017. Yogi leads the firm-wide finance organization with includes corporate finance and accounting, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions and risk management.
As a member of the executive leadership team, his primary objective is to support achievement of the firm’s strategic objectives, including near-term and long-term profitable growth and operations.
Yogi has over 15 years of multi-industry experience in leadership positions in finance and accounting functions. He has worked in MModal as the Global Controller and Vice President Finance and recently as the Asst. Vice President, Finance at Trafigura, Mumbai. Yogi is a Chartered Accountant (India), Certified Public Accountant (USA) and a Diploma holder in IFRS from ACCA, UK
Shreyans Solanki is the Group Head of Human Resources at ATG. As the Head of HR, Shreyans is helping to accelerate ATG’s transformation through leadership, differentiated talent models, attracting and developing the best talent and building a culture of engagement, agility and innovation. Shreyans has over 18 years of professional leadership experience in managing key HR functions across various IT, ITeS and automotive companies like Syntel, WNS Global Services, Wipro Technologies, i2 Technologies and General Motors.
Prior to joining ATG, Shreyans headed the HR of Syntel’s Banking and Financial Services (BNFS) vertical where he handled the entire employee lifecycles focusing on performance management, talent management practices, L&D and people engagement practices.
Shreyans holds an MBA degree in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies as well as a degree in Master of Labor Laws & Labor Welfare from Symbiosis Law College.
Deepak brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, branding, communications and public relations to his role as Head of Corporate Communications at ATG. At ATG, Deepak is responsible for building the ATG brand internally and externally through Media and Industry Relations, Employee Communications and Corporate Branding.
Prior to joining ATG, he headed the Corporate Communications function at M*Modal Global Services’ Indian operations where he spent over a decade in handling the entire gamut of marketing and communications activities including internal and external communications, advertising, brand campaigns and online marketing. He has also held a similar profile with Manugraph and managed the advertising sales for the Times Of India before that.
Deepak holds a dual degree in Commerce and Advertising and Brand Management. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication.

An ISMS is a set of policies and procedures to manage an organization's sensitive data. The main goal is to minimize risk, be pro-active in controlling the impact of a security breach and ensure business continuity. To take our data security promise further, as part of our ISMS initiatives, we have recently been accredited with ISO 27001 certification.
To get an ISO 27001 certification, a streamlining of employee behaviour and processes is needed with data and technology, so that it becomes a part of the company culture. We are proud to announce that after a company wide effort, spanning six months, ATG is now ISO 27001 certified!
